データ削除のご案内（日本語）
株式会社グローバルホーム（KUMAGO）が Threads API（業務用アプリ「KUMAGO Threads」）などを通じて取得したお客様の情報は、次の方法で削除を依頼できます。
方法 1：アプリとの連携を解除する（Threads にログインした方）
- Threads アプリで「プロフィール → メニュー（≡）→ 設定 → アカウント → ウェブサイトのアクセス許可」を開きます。
- 「KUMAGO Threads」を選び「削除」をタップします。
- Meta から当社に削除通知が届き、当該アカウントのアクセストークンと関連データを 30 日以内に削除します。確認コードと状況確認ページが Meta 経由で通知されます。
方法 2：当社に直接依頼する（どなたでも）
当社が返信・検索・メンションの記録としてあなたの投稿（投稿 ID、リンク、ユーザー名）を保存している場合、以下にご連絡いただければ削除します。
- 下記の LINE・電話・メール・郵送のいずれかで「データ削除希望」とお伝えください。
- ご本人確認のため、Threads のユーザー名（@〜）と、可能であれば対象投稿のリンクをお知らせください（同じアカウントから当社への DM でも確認できます）。
- 原則 30 日以内に削除し、完了をご連絡します。
ご注文・レンタル契約の情報は、法令（税法等）で保存が義務付けられている期間を除き、同じ方法で削除を依頼できます。

資料刪除說明（繁體中文）
株式会社グローバルホーム（KUMAGO）透過 Threads API（業務應用程式「KUMAGO Threads」）等管道取得的資料，可依下列方式申請刪除。
方法 1：解除應用程式連結（登入過 Threads 的人）
- 在 Threads App 開啟「個人檔案 → 選單（≡）→ 設定 → 帳號 → 網站權限」。
- 選擇「KUMAGO Threads」，點「移除」。
- Meta 會通知本公司，本公司在 30 天內刪除該帳號的存取權杖與相關資料，並經由 Meta 提供確認碼與進度查詢頁。
方法 2：直接向本公司申請（任何人都可以）
如果本公司因回覆、搜尋或提及而保存了你的貼文紀錄（貼文 ID、連結、使用者名稱），可透過以下方式申請刪除：
- 用下方 LINE、電話、電子郵件或郵寄任一方式告知「申請刪除資料」。
- 為確認本人，請提供 Threads 使用者名稱（@…），可以的話附上相關貼文連結（也可用同一帳號私訊本公司確認）。
- 原則上 30 天內刪除並通知你。
訂單與租賃契約資料，除法令（稅法等）規定須保存的期間外，也可用相同方式申請刪除。

Data Deletion Instructions (English)
You can ask Global Home Co., Ltd. (KUMAGO) to delete data we obtained through the Threads API (our in-house app “KUMAGO Threads”) or otherwise, as follows.
Option 1: Remove the app (if you logged in with Threads)
- In the Threads app, open Profile → Menu (≡) → Settings → Account → Website permissions.
- Select “KUMAGO Threads” and tap Remove.
- Meta notifies us, and we delete that account’s access token and related data within 30 days. A confirmation code and a status page are provided through Meta.
Option 2: Ask us directly (anyone)
If we keep a record of your post (post ID, permalink, username) because we replied to it, found it in a search, or were mentioned in it, we will delete it on request:
- Contact us by LINE, phone, email, or post (below) and say “data deletion request”.
- To verify it is you, tell us your Threads username (@…) and, if possible, the link to the post (you may also confirm by sending us a DM from the same account).
- We delete the data within 30 days in principle and let you know when it is done.
Order and rental-contract data can be deleted the same way, except where Japanese law (e.g., tax law) requires us to keep it for a set period.
