“On a working-holiday visa I didn't know how long I'd be in Japan, and I'm not great at moving things and worried about scratching the walls. Asking them for help was a lifesaver — my place was set up at once with a bed, desk area, washing machine, fridge, microwave, ceiling light, and curtains. They put felt pads under the bed legs and desk so I wouldn't damage the rental's floor, and tested the washing machine after installing it — really thoughtful. A Chinese-speaking gentleman replies to messages, so no worries about communication. Kettle, rice cooker, fan, and pots are available too. Many items are practically new and in great condition — if you need them, rent them all together~”

“Went to see it in person yesterday and they delivered it today! The owner is so nice — I got a Tatung rice cooker here! As a Taiwanese, you really can't cook rice without a Tatung cooker! I'd looked at tons of rice cookers at appliance stores but couldn't decide, until I spotted that familiar shape in person yesterday and ordered on the spot. It's second-hand but works perfectly! I also picked a cabinet, a side table, a small desk lamp, and a folding Japanese-style table. I recommend going in person to hunt for treasures — just book ahead!”

Where do you deliver?

- Elsewhere in Osaka Pref. ¥6,600–¥13,800; Nara ¥15,800–¥18,000; Kyoto ¥18,000–¥25,000; Kobe & Hanshin area ¥18,000
- End-of-term collection is free as well
How much does it cost?
- Set A (fridge, washer, microwave): ¥45,100 total for 1 year
- Set B (+ single bed): ¥55,080 / Set C (+ semi-double): ¥72,320 per year

What's the minimum term? Can I extend?
- From one month minimum — the yearly plan is the best value
- You can extend after the term, prorated by the number of extra months
How can I pay?
- Card only — no instalments, no cash on delivery
- From overseas you can book first; we arrange the delivery date once payment is complete
When will my delivery arrive?
- 10:00–16:00 (no specific time slot; by appointment)
What if something breaks? Is there a warranty?
- Faults from normal use during a yearly rental → free repair or replacement
- User-caused damage → chargeable (at KUMAGO's discretion)
Do I pay extra if I go home early?
- Returning early costs nothing extra
Can I cancel or get a refund?
- After payment, no cancellation or refund except for force majeure such as natural disasters
- Adjusting the date is no problem
